Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Delivery within Qatar and the Gulf countries is subject to the timeframe specified by the shipping company, chosen by the customer.
- The Amazing Store is not responsible for damage resulting from the shipping process.
- Any delay in the shipment delivery date caused by the shipping company is outside the responsibility of the Amazing Store.
- In the event that the order is returned by the shipping company to the store due to:

- The customer's failure to respond to the shipping company or repeated delays.
- An error in the information on the shipping document, as specified by the customer before completing the order.

- After the shipment arrives, we will contact the customer again to reship it.

- The customer will bear the cost of shipping the order again.

*خدمة الشحن والتوصيل
- يتم التوصيل داخل قطر ودول الخليج حسب المدة المحددة من قبل شركة الشحن, والذى يقوم 

 العميل بإختيارها
- عدم المطالبة باسترداد المبلغ المذهل المسؤولية عن الضرر الناتج عن المشكلة.
- أي تأخير في تسليم الشحنة بسبب شركة النقل تعتبر خارج مسؤولية متجر مذهلة
- فى حالة إرجاع الطلب من قبل شركة الشحن إلى المخازن بسبب :

- عدم الاتصال بالعميل للشحن أو التأجيل المتكرر.
- خطأ فى البيانات الموجودة ضمن بوليصة الشحن، الموضح من قبل العميل قبل الطلب.

- بعد وصول الشحنة إلينا، سيتم التواصل مع العميل وإعادة شحنها

- يطلب العميل قيمة الطلب مرة أخرى
